I was shown to a table and, since I had initially reserved the omakase menu, a variety of yakitori dishes were brought out. Negima, heart, pork head, gizzard, and skin were all delicious. My favorite was the negima. It was a large piece of thigh meat grilled with green onions inside. I also ordered negima with sauce and grilled tomatoes as additional items. The sauce was delicious, but I personally prefer the salt version. In addition to yakitori, I also had stewed offal, horse sashimi, and pasta pesto, all of which were delicious. The sake on offer that day was Saku ZAKU and Yamamoto, and each had its own merits and was also delicious. I tried the Saku ZAKU first, but the Yamamoto was lighter, so I wondered if I'd waited in line wrong. However, I had another Saku ZAKU and was very satisfied. The prices don't seem too high, so I'd like to go there more often in the future. ”
